Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
What are your shipping times?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within the United States, depending on location and carrier. You can track your package via our email system or in your Shop account!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept full returns within the first 30 days of order arrival. For an order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in a resellable condition, with no tears or marks. You can read more on our refund policy here!
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we make it our mission for all packages to arrive safely, mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can promptly issue a replacement!

What materials are used for the prints?
Our posters are printed on premium 90 lb matte museum-grade paper, giving every print a crisp, refined look with excellent durability and detail.
Are frames included with the posters?
Frames are not included, but all prints are made in standard sizes so framing is easy and hassle-free.
What sizes are available?
We currently offer 8×10, 11×17, 16×24, and 24×36, covering the most popular wall and frame sizes.
Can you make a map for a city you don’t list?
Absolutely! If your town isn’t listed, we create custom city maps through the "Custom" tab. For bulk orders, venues, or brand partnerships, please reach out to team@citylineprints.com.
